Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it's dispatched.

Delivery times
Our products are sent directly from our supplier's warehouse, which is located overseas. Delivery to UK addresses normally takes 7 to 12 working days from dispatch. Occasionally customs checks add a few days, and we'll let you know if that happens to your order.

Shipping cost
Varies per item — shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us at [admin@northbankstore.com] and we'll chase it.

If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll either resend it or refund you in full. You don't need to return anything that never arrived.
